Directions : Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon. Due to the potency of this product do not take more than 3 capsules per serving. Never Take More Than Six Capsules In A 24 Hour Period. Do not with food. Consume at least 30 minutes before a meal. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Use product for 60 days and follow with a 15 day break.
