Dosage and Directions:
First assess tolerance by taking only 1 tablet a day for the first couple of days. After your tolerance has been assessed you may increase the dosage if needed.
Take 1-2 tablets of Lipodrene Hardcore with Ephedra in the morning and 1 tablet of after lunch.
Do not exceed 4 tablets of Lipodrene Hardcore daily.

No, Lipodrene Hardcore no longer contains DMAA. Don't worry, it still contains Ephedra.
It is not specified whether to take Lipodrene with food or not. We recommend that if you haven't tried a fat burner before to take it with food. If you don't, you could feel nausea.
If you would like, you could take lipodrene on an empty stomach.
